So while trying to fix my my battlenet app which has not been working for 5 hours now i tried uninstalling my battlenet i did install into to a different drive but anyway does it remove my current friendlist yes or if so thats quite sad i did not think of that 
Friend list SHOULD be account based, but I would put in a support ticket just to be sure.
