Sometimes watching the combat is infuriating. I just lost a match where it was down to one other player and myself. They had one minion that would buff the crap out of the beetles created as other minions die. Do my minions attack that one to put an end to the insane multipliers? No. They ignore it until late and the other player had zero taunt minions. So aggravating. Too often the obvious attack is not what happens.
It’s purely random, so yes it’s stupid. Or rather random after it follows the simplistic rules like “start attacking from left”.
Thats where using your brain and strategy come in. Use the tech cards that target those T5+ minions by giving them taunt and take double damage. Use cleaves to increase the chance to snipe. Cleave is especially strong vs most beetle boards as it negates the rylak combo generally. For every time their backline gets ignored, there is a time where that backline card is sniped first because no taunt. Smart players taunt cards to make a death order that benefits them.
The non-taunted all game double golden titus with golden chicken and golden goldrin and dual golden mammoths board i died to agrees with op.
Sometime we can have all the answers and its meaningless against rngeezus
Not sure what a 1% high-roll board has anything to do with what the OP said, but sure.
The fact both titus lived the whole combat at home on the far right undefended, while my minions yeet themselves strategically to maximize benefit for the opponent.
Thats what it has to do with op’s post. Lmao
