Does pity timer reset with pack from different expansion?

I miss so many legendary cards for UIS, so every pack counts. Does anyone know if the pity timer for UIS packs will be reset if a legendary is opened from a Barren pack?

No, your pity timer for UiS will not be reset. Every expansion has its own pity timer. :hourglass_flowing_sand:

Incorrect. Each set has its own pity timer.

You can open 20 packs from Set A, and 30 packs from Set B. Then you can alternate opening packs between Sets A and B, and you’ll still guarantee a Legendary card within 20 packs of Set A and 10 packs of Set B.

The only thing that resets the pity timer is opening a Legendary card.

I know, and appreciate skepticism. But, I tried giving you proof and you flat out refused to read it. The link I provided also has references to tweets from developers stating how the pity timer works, and it works the way that others here are stating.

I tested it, each set has it’s own pity timer which is 40 packs. The only set that doesn’t use pity timers is golden packs. But maybe there is also some sort of global pity timer that work additionally. Sometimes i get more luck opening few expacs at once not single one.
