Disconnecting multiple times during every game on PC, wired connection

I play on PC. All drivers and bios up to date. Hearthstone disconnects every game, usually multiple times. It usually reconnects to the game but sometimes does not. The only other game I have had disconnect issues with is Warzone (even after doing all port forwarding steps…).

I have reset modem/router, flushed DNS, reset my IP, and at this point I’m not sure what else to do other than not playing. It’s definitely crappy, considering how many years I’ve played HS and how many card packs I’ve purchased.

so you are saying you have internet issues and blizzard should fix it because you have bought packs?

Yeah, this has been occuring since Blizzard did the update to the platform. I’m based in EU, and the Asia server is unplayable now, while the EU and US servers are playable but frequently disconnect.
