Disconnect when trying to reach a match

As soon as the program goes out to look for a player for a match, I get disconnected. I cant get to any of the matches, solo or practice or other players without getting disconnected and it will not reconnect to the game. Just started the morning of June 24th. Rebooted everything and no help.

Hey, Beagly! Would you happen to see a black screen with “Reconnecting…” as the message? If so, the following steps on this post should help:

You were disconnected from your last game. Reconnecting

The “Reconnecting…” issue can be an account level bug. The support article here goes through some steps to try and the steps here can help with the issue: Exit Hearthstone and the Blizzard Application. Login and wait for 1 minute until the screen states “Attempting to reconnect.” It should then say “Could not reconnect.” From there, start a Solo or Practice match and then concede.
