Got disconect during a game in my duels run. Second time I’ve ran into this (in two different runs), both after the opponent played a demon hunter card. First was after Jace Darkweaver, second was after Artificer Xy’mox. The animation stops after the card is played and nothing happens. First time it happened I closed the game and, when I opened it again, I had a loss from that game. This second time I managed to get back in the game in time, but then I played Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron and nothing happened again. Closed the game again, and when I reopened it I had my third loss. I’d like a refund for both these runs, but I don’t know where to ask for it.
