Really disappointed that I can’t get any real help with my technical issues. Game is consistently crashing on me during battlegrounds. Where do I get help from since blizzard tech can’t help me?

I’m in the same situation , and I’m upset
I have reached out since Friday with no response. Blizzard has banned my account and I did nothing wrong. Today they banned my wifes’ account too. There is no reason we cant talk to a real person or at least Chat live.
I went through the full list of fixes to troubleshoot what’s going on and nothing has helped. I thought I had fixed it a couple times, but nothing permanent. I’m just hoping there’s something like a free online help website where skilled people can give me more pointers than what tech support at blizzard can do. The only thing I can think of is poor programming on blizzard’s part. The specs on my laptop are well above what is needed to play the game flawlessly.
