Hello, i won a game in the new tavern brawl and still got a pack instead of a card back. I already did a request to the eu support, but they said they cant do anything and suggested to write here about it. So, can anyone help me with my problem?
Do you already have the Winter Veil card back? Head on over to your Collection, click the card backs tab and search for “veil”.
The Treat card back was originally available in 2018.
I checked my accounts, the one that already owns the cardback is offered a pack as a reward, and the one that doesn’t own the cardback is also only offered a pack as a reward.
Thinking developers overlooked this one.

I have the same problem: I completed a Gift Exchange tavern brawl and got a card pack instead of Winter Veil Treat Card Back. (I didn’t have it already)
I hope the developers can solve this problem and we will be able to get this card back before the end of the season. I really would like to receive it)
The same problem and no fix yet from developers.
