From what I have read, Transfer Student will be given free to players logging in between July-Oct, 2020. I have logged multiple times and have not received this card…what’s going on???

No it does not. I recently copied a deck code and upon pasting it in the game app, my deck remains short by just this card…I can’t filter it, can’t craft it. No idea what’s going on
