Diamond Loatheb and long time players

Please reconsider the unlock condition for receiving diamond loatheb, lots of long time players have long since completed the adventure and had dusted non-meta cards such as maexena/stalag/etc. This is punishing to old players, since newer players can simply purchase the adventure now and will receive diamond loatheb while being able to dust the non-competitive cards.

Please change the unlock condition to “Complete Naxxramas Adventure” or possibly make it a reward for completing heroic naxx.

Old player can Buy using gold, new player must pay cash, and You can use that cards from more than 5 years, new player can only use in Will mode, ok?

What’s the current unlock req?

Edit: BY THE HOLY LIGHT, WHERE’S MY DIAMOND LOATHEB?!

I will not buy your holy light.

There is a bug apparantly. I also did not receive the diamond version. But they are currently working on it.

My child, The Holy Light cannot be bought, sold, or traded. But is available for all who would call upon it! What are they teaching on The Exodar these days?!

Let me guess, fix incoming “Soon™?”

How do you get diamond loatheb? I love him bc spells.

If you have all the naxx cards, you should have him, but because spaghetti coding…we don’t.

no…be a collector instead of dusting everything you deem thrash…take it as a lesson learn

at least its not as if you need them all as golden version which would be a lot costier to craft

1600 —> 3200
400—>1600
100—>800
40—>400

18 common(720 dust)…or 1440 for 2 copies of each card)
6 Legendary(9600 dust)
4 Rare(400 dust) or 800 dust for 2 copy of each
2 Epic(800 dust) or 1600 dust for 2 copy of each)

total 11520 dust(1 copy of each non-golden)
total 13440 dust(2 copy of each non-golden)
total 32800 dust(1 copy of each as Golden)
total 46 400 dust(2 copy of each as Golden)

Bugged, A lot of people who had the entire collection haven’t gotten it. Not everyone, but a significant amount

(checks collection, prepares Gary Oldman voice)
EVERYONE!

this … just no … if i want to dust wild cards to keep up to standard without breaking my wallet … its my right and i should never be punished for doing so …

Plus, they have outright stated they can track your internal collection for the purpose of dupes, so they can absolutely tell if you bought the set or not.

To claim otherwise now is just lies and greed.

Same here. Back in the day I used to only pay money for the adventures and had to dust the cards that I didn’t use for newer cards. The person that said “no be a collector instead…” is just out of their mind. Why keep a card I will never play (haven’t missed using maexxna, kelthuzad, feugen, stalagg and baron rivendare in the last 5 or 6 years) when there is a dust system in place exactly for those instances?

Everyone who bought and beat Naxx should get Diamond Loatheb imo. It’s such great art as well.

Seconding this! Loatheb not given retroactively to players who bought the adventure is so disappointing and unfair, when the adventure came out i had to disenchant cards and use that dust to craft others to keep up with the newer decks that were playable. It was so long ago and i never could have seen this amazing diamond card coming, it would be such a shame to miss out playing with diamond Loatheb!

Just out of curiosity, who forced you to do that?
Or did you just misspell “wanted to”?

Just out of curiosity, did you save the straw from your first fast food meal? If you have that exact straw, I will give you $100 because I decided today that your specific straw from back then is really, really important.

If you don’t have it, why did you throw it away? Why didn’t you know it would be important to me all these years later?

No one made you throw it away, you just assumed it was worthless because at the time you discarded it, IT WAS WORTHLESS.

Fortunately, I kept my straw from 7/11 and have been reusing it. I will be collecting my $100 now.
