Hello, I’ve been experiencing issues with my RED Hydrogen One phone. I’ve been a die-hard fan of the game for a couple of years now, and the new phone wasn’t compatible with the newest updates. Then, I I got this app called " APK " then it worked! Now, I downloaded the newest update, and it’s still the same issue. What is going on? Why isn’t it working? Any ideas?

“wasn’t compatible” and “isn’t working” is the least useful problem description you can come up with. If you expect to receive any help, you will have to describe your problem in greater details.
Also, “APK” is a generic term for Android applications downloaded as files outside of the Play Store, so that doesn’t really help. What file was it, and where did you get it from?
In the end, support will need to know which versions of Hearthstone work on your phone, which versions do not work, and how each non-working version is failing exactly.

This device ships with Android 8.1 Oreo, but may be compatible with newer OS versions. Be sure to check the device for OS updates and ensure any important updates are installed.
As for the APK file, that’s not something we can assist with directly. My advice on that front would be to contact the manufacturer of the device for assistance backing up your personal data and resetting the device to factory default.
