Dude stop telling me that my account was silenced for three days when it never was!! I’m allowed to not post for a couple of days.

You’re breaking TOS by insisting that my account was silenced when it never was.

Then I don’t know… how about you stop posting that I was and responding to my post then. Because you seem to care enough to make these false claims that you brought up on a thread that is not even remotely related to the activities of my account.

False claims?

Convenient 3 day absence directly after the fact bud.

Keep denying it all you want, but we both know the truth

What is it called when you make false claims against someone? Oh yeah, Defamation of character and harassment.

Both of which are against TOS.

You kept track of every card. So if someone played 3 of card you’d have to keep track of that. Or played a 2nd card from something discovered. You’d have to keep that in mind when tracking each card yes?

Or if not discover then randomly generated.

5 years is a long time. The game has gotten a lot more complex in some ways with what can be generated.

It’s not a moot point to bring up time if you run out of time keeping track of things in a situation where you would not have run out of time because of deck tracker saving you time.

Obviously people can run out of time with deck tracker. That’s not the point though.

if youre playing around every single possibility for generated cards youre doing it wrong in this day and age.

You play to YOUR hand, not the created by effects, if you want to play well.

I only use the tracker with the minimum overlay informations, because I like a clean screen; you can disable the “tooltip in hand”, opponent’s deck… and keep only your deck list (that’s what I do)

I am not using a decktracker, because I like the challenge and I don’t wanna share my data/decks. So I can’t answer the following questions.

If you face player x twice and he plays e.g. secret mage.

  1. Do you see his decklist on the 2ND game?
  2. If yes, is the offline mode ( shows “your opponent” instead of the name) preventing to show the decklist?

No

So the decktracker saves the whole replay?,but it does not save the opponents name?

The opponent’s name is saved in the replay, but the tracker doesn’t remember opponents’ decks from one match to the next.

Yeah but that means that I have the data on my PC and just need to access it…

I mean, you could always just look up the replay too. But of course, the replay will only know the cards your opponent played, so even if you run into the same player twice, and they’re playing the same deck, and they haven’t made any changes to it, you would still only have partial knowledge of which cards they have.

The same knowledge you would gain from, you know, being aware of what are common decks in your slice of the meta. Hardly groundbreaking stuff.

The advantage is big enough if I know which type of deck he plays and I can mulligan for it. E.g. in Wild Warlock: Reno, discard, darkglare, cube,…?
That’s an insane advantage. And I am sure I don’t need to do it manually,…just use software…

You realize your “insane advantage” boils down to remembering that player X plays deck Y. It hardly seems that big, but if you feel like putting the work to add an “opponent tracker” feature to the deck trackers out there, more power to you.

Seems like something that would be easier to make with pen and paper (or even a spreadsheet).

I do remember a lot of names especially if I face them multiple times. Yes, people are tracking your decks too.
Decktracker also tracks your opponents deck.
Should be easy to display the information about your opponents if you already have all the data and I am sure some ppl are doing it

It would be easier to keep a spreadsheet with name+deck, if you’re really running into the same people often. Hardly seems like an issue either way, if people want to take that extra step to boost their performance.

It is wrong to show you what Cthun card it is; it should not even tell you it IS a Cthun card in the first place.
That’s it. I hope the creators fix this, because this should make their software blacklisted.

Because having this kind of info about your opponent’s hand is wrong.

I don’t know; as I said, I only use the tracker to see my deck list (I remember it by heart, but it’s cool to fill that empty space and I like to save replay).

There are many options, like see opponents played card, see hint on what the opponent has in hand (turn drawn, created by…), see possible secrets that you didn’t check…, but I find these too much and they ruin the display
