Decks are not synced between list and play

I play hearthstone on pc(windows) and mobile. I went on a vacation to Europe and prior to leaving I created a few new decks. I played them a few times to try them out with success here at home (United States). After arriving in Europe I went to play and all of my decks are listed under the “my collections” tab. However, when I go to play the game under the “Hearthstone” tab, half of all my decks are missing. Not grayed out, missing entirely while still being populated via the “my collections” tab. I figured it was regional or a syncing issue so I waited until I got home to play. I have arrived back in the states and the issue persists on my mobile device (Galaxy Z fold 6) and on my windows PC. I’ve tried to recreate the decks and swapping cards to try to force them to perhaps re-register on the servers to no avail. How can I address this problem to get my decks listed in my collections to show in my hearthstone tab to select a deck to play. I reinstalled the game once while in Europe to hopefully fix it but it didn’t help. Also, I’ve changed their format from wild to standard as well to know avail. Please provide guidance on how to alleviate this issue. Thank you.
