Is it possible to actually speak with a customer service representative? I am getting no help from submitting a ticket as there is a clear sign of miscommunication and disrespect to all the information I provide in ticket. I definitely need a live conversation with a representative. My tickets just keep getting marked as resolved when I get a basic response offering no details or information on my issue, so the it is clearly not resolved.
Have you tried asking for it to be escalated to a supervisor? I’m not sure it will help, but it could be worth trying.
What is the issue you’re experiencing? Sometimes the community on the forums can help or offer suggestions depending on the problem, and (very rarely) Blizzard will actually respond on the forums
