Cthun from OG missing in collection, each update redownloaded whole game, multiple same names in friends list, random disconnects while I have great connection

Hey guys, I’m new here, apparently I’ve tried many times to get cthun to appear on a rather new account of mine but it doesn’t work, strangely my other accounts seem to show cthun and the cards, but not this current account. It’s not showing it in crafting neither all in neutral, Please fix this issue,guys thank you.
