I am getting “the game crashed. It would be great if you would send the error report to the developer.”
I have tried reinstalling hearthstone, updating drivers, and resetting the in game options. I still get the same error.
Please help.

Do you have Citrix installed on your computer? This is the most common cause of Hearthstone crashes. If so, please try uninstalling Citrix and the Citrix Display adapter to see if it resolves the issue.
If you do not have Citirx, please collect a DXDIAG and post it here using the Preformatted Text button in the posting options. Just make sure the full DXDIAG contents are between the Preformatted Text tags.
