Please work on fixing game crashes on iPad! It’s been going on for months. Happens to me way too regularly (several times a session). I just lost one of many games because of it and I’m getting fed up. Thanks, though I have little hope that this message will result in any change.

Same issue for me since months also.
- Sometimes during game
- 100% of the Time when i want to Buy play cards
This is the main reason Why i dont play to Hearthstone so much anymore

This is my issue. It crashes EVERY day, multiple times. Sometimes during the middle of a game, sometimes when I just go to my collection to look at cards… I am reaching out to Hearthstone support…
I do re-start the iPad and can re-install the app itself… but that’s about all that I know to do. Seems like some memory issue… but not sure… this is bad, especially for paying customers.
Same here. Been going on for a very, very long time, atleast a few years. And its every time you are browsing collection or shop, you need to go in there QUICK and change something before game crashes. And sometimes it crashes in games making you lose your game. Frustrating. I’ve had the game on multiple devices, Iphones, different Ipads, with different patches, expansions and years. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Its the same deal. Bugs are because of the game that needs to finally be fixed.
