Hi, I’ve been away from the game many years. Last time I player was around the beginning of Un’Goro expansion. I know there have been many changes in that time, but now I feel I’m missing a lot of cards. I’ve tried to contact Blizzard two times but I never got an answer from them. The thing is that there is something like Core Set or whatever, but the cards that I’m missing are cards that I “payed” for, either crafted through dust or opened in packs. I wanted to play Classic and I don’t remember all the cards, but these are some
- Leeroy Jenkins (definetely crafted).
- Ancient of Lore
- Cairne Bloodhoof
- Baron Geddon
Now, maybe I’m mistaken about some of them? It’s been many years. The only one that I can say for sure I crafted was Leeroy Jenkins because I remember saving a lot of dust just because that card was a staple in many decks. Could anyone explain which cards remain from the past and why or link me a clear explanation? All the info I’ve found so far is really confusing.

it’s hard to explain all becouse different things happened , and there are different reasons of missing cards ( logged to wrong account , wrong region , etc )
But looking at Leeroy changelog

If you was a standard player is possible that you dusted it after Hall of Fame change , there was alot of guides that made people craft moving cards just to disenchant them later to gain free-dust , this becouse card that moved from standard to HOF automatically give full dust refund on login.
But if you last played on Un’goro thats 2017 and is alot before this thing happened so you should have Leeroy.
Only blizzard tickets can help you , i dont know what they can do but try to ask when your account is created so you are sure is your old one and not an automatically created one ( this can happen when using android/apple etc) in this case you have to switch out and use old email-psw credential .
Or ask if they have Leeroy craft/disenchant logs.
Support is ultra slow on reply , seems like they moved all the staff to Overwatch2 and COD:MW2 and HS have low priority

Thank you very much for your answer, it’s been really helpful about the Leeroy card. I’m sure I did not disenchant it because I used it until the last moment I was playing the game years ago. Also, I was an avid collector and never dusted any cards that were not over the limit. I will try and be patient, although I wrote them several weeks ago.
