I continue to get disconnected or completely freeze when playing, and this all started during the announcement of the new season (patch before last). Also, the Store always says Closed. I don’t dare to play Battlegrounds for fear of eroding my score. I played Arena once and lost all games do to this - so have stopped playing that too. All other internet games work fine - so not tied to internet issues. I have seen others frustrated and complaining about this too. Are you working on fixing, and what is the timing?

Same here, I can’t get battlegrounds to run a full game without it lagging out. Really disappointing.
I would like to see the technicians communicating to us more on the issue at hand. As of right now, it looks more like a numbers game than them actually fixing the problem over just a couple dozen complaints.
I’m done giving Blizzard my money. Hearthstone no longer works on either my macbook pro or my windows laptop. Decided to give it a go on the mobile and now I get disconnected at least 3 times per match. I’ve given them plenty of time to fix it and they don’t care and can’t be bothered. This company is GARBAGE.
I have problems like half a year…Game recorded restart hs to countinue(after the game ends) it lags like never before ,sometimes i cant even get in the game its connecting forever and so on. The forum guys who are here just to be on staffs side and calming things down are always saying its internet its ur pc and a lot of community is ignoring threads with dc issues. Thats planned for sure so threads like this are not spreading
I’m having the same issue on my cellular. Such terrible lag that has been getting steadily worse ghe last couple weeks.
Happens most in bg. Trying to buy cards freezes game almost every round. Even moving tokens on the board causes several seconds of lag.
I have same problem and it happens almost every match. Makes it near impossible to win or have fun. Shame cause im a diehard fan with buyers remorse over the next xpac because of this.

Me too, playing on a desktop computer with broadband cable connexion and game is very unstable since 3 days. Constantly rubberbanding and reconnecting to Heartstone.
My other online games work just fine. Seems to be a Blizzard issue.
this is just the way it is. Every time a patch is released some users get screwed, particularly mobile users.
They have known about the low-RAM problem since last year and it took them until March to acknowledge it. Do you really think that they are going to do anything about the constant crashing?
I agree with you to some extent. This is a numbers game. How many systems are affected by the issue and how many people are complaining and/or have stopped playing because of it. However, Just in case you didn’t know, the procedures are there to rule out any minor issues that may have caused the issue to begin with. The reason why they clump us together, is so they can organize main issues and get a better understanding of what going on instead of jumping around the same versions of forums. I wish blizzard would communicate with us more so we aren’t left in the dark.

Motorola Z2 Play. 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM.
I tried clearing cache, reinstalling HS app, even formating my phone… But the problem is not gone.
Game freezes during animations, when match finishes, when I try to see something in that left bar that shows last cards played.
Sometimes, when a match ends, the video freezes and when I tap the screen I hear the sounds when we’re choosing a deck… like the game is still running but just video stopped.
Same issues here. Happens randomly, server lags, I get disconnected and it reconnects. Happening more and more often now, only got this issue since last week and never before that. Gaming PC on Wireless, but my connection is fine as I play Overwatch and WoW without any issues. Literally just Hearthstone giving me grief with this.
Ok, this is getting ridiculous. The new patch came out and I’m STILL having the same issues. You would think they would have fixed that through the patch…
