I didn’t play hs for like 6 months, and as long as i remember everything was good. I mean I could play this game without any issues. But when I returned to this game, i realized thats its just impossible to play. Because, despite the fact that I see updates like every 2 or 3 days, it keeps lagging, bugging and disconnecting me from games. Like it was now. I just played battlegrounds, and i lost connection to blizzard. Every other program, which uses internet was ok. So its definitely your problem. Your dashboard with achievements just lagging everywhere. Achievements jump, dissappear etc. In last three days I’ve got like 4 or 5 problems with connection. I mean i have 100 Mbit internet, so i dont think that i lack internet speed. So, i want you to tell me, what should i do with this game to play it like it was 6 month ago.

Are you on a phone, tablet, or PC? PC seems to have solid performance right now, just some odd bugs like the Achievements menus. I’m not so sure about the other two.

are you using a vpn by chance? a vpn can cause some of the connection issues described.
i also suggest you write in technical support instead of bug report beacuse they can help you identify where the issue is (when the issue is person specific its more likely the issue is on their end, if the froum was spammed with connection reports then it would be more likely to be blizzards end)

I’m having the same issue as you! I used to play hearthstone pretty frequently and recently tried to get back into it in the last couple months, everytime i play ranked, unranked, battlegrounds i get disconnected like 2-3 minutes into the game and i get disconnected multiple times on the PC, but not on mobile. I did the ping test and the other test, but not sure how to submit results.
I am also having the same problem in the last 5 -6 days. I have frequently disconnects while playing from my pc. I change the router , renew the ip, close all other programs from the backround but the problem with the disconnections is remaining.

Same problem today at my PC. Stable Internet, good PC, no VPN, every other internet application is working great and than BOOM Hearthstone disconnects every 1-2 minutes and that sucks if u wanna play an OTK-Deck. Its literally unplayable. And now it frozes completly.
