When entering the game, it gives an error “we had network difficulties loading maps of your collection.” Not one solution from the forum helped!
Just restart the game.

Please post in this thread, no need to create a new thread for a well known issue. If the workarounds in the thread do not help, at least we know the issue has been identified and a fix is coming soon. No word yet on when Soon is going to be, though.

Like I’ve said though, I’ve gotten every error code imaginable the past week and a half since the patch went live. None of the solutions offered has worked. I went into the Run command and deleted the Hearthstone folder, I restarted the game on many occasions, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I reset the games options, I tried waiting on the screen and not pressing any buttons only for it to auto close so that didn’t help, etc. My issue is that I had none of these problems before the patch, yet Blizzard will push all these fixes on me like my computer is at fault and that it isn’t their patch that is causing the issues. But it’s whatever. I am very impatiently waiting for a fix.
More than a week has passed, but the problem is not solved! Where are the developers looking?
