Yea, shop’s closed, not new. I guess there’s still no solution to this based on what i’ve seen so far? And the support is not supporting as well?
Shop is closed on 3 devices (2 PC win, 1 mob android), different internet, VPN, uninstall reinstall, nothing helps, deleting any files and so on. This is most definitely on their end. Any help, blizzard??? I’d like to play the game, thank you, but i’m quite literally just stuck with 1 deck and it’s not even complete and i have no means of getting new cards

I have people playing from Russia with Kazakhstan accounts, for them issue was fixed in no time.
It is, i thought that might be the issue, and it most likely is. Unfortunately i’m not getting any answer from support, just the usual “we understand your issue, we are very very sorry, try to reinstall the game for the 6th time lOl maybe that’ll help”
I have the same problem with closed shop during 2 weeks, unistalling didn’t helps! Blizzard, help solve the problem plz!
My account is Portuguese and I haven’t been able to open the shop on mobile in weeks. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times without success (did it today again before posting just to be sure). So it’s not just russian accounts.
I haven’t tried the desktop version because my laptop is old and already very slow and laggy as it is without any games, but I’m tempted to try just to check if it makes a difference.
