I recently returned to Hearthstone after being off for about a year on my account. Upon returning I only received catch up cards, but NOT THE CATCH UP DECK LIST where I get the option to pick from a list of CATCH UP decks. They just aren’t there. I contacted customer support and they forwarded me here. I already tried to reinstall and troubleshoot the issue myself.

(NOTE: I even tried installing on my ANDROID phone the Hearthstone App and the decks were still not on my account)
