Hey guys, wondering if anybody has had this happen or heard of this situation before and can shed some light on the issue.
I’ve recently returned to Hearthstone after a long, long hiatus. Haven’t played since 2018. Literally all of of my previous cards, card backs and adventures are completely gone. And no, this is not another “Blizzard stole my cards, oh wait, they’ve just rolled out of core” scenario. These are hundreds of cards I had from opening packs (purchased with both real money and in game gold) before core was introduced. Did I disenchant them all? Quite simply, no. And even if I had that doesn’t explain the missing card backs and adventures (Blackrock, Naxx, League and Karazhan which were paid for with real money).
I have lodged a ticket and had zero response in 48hrs so I thought I’d ask on here. There is clear evidence of my purchases in the transaction history in Battle.net.
Where do I go from here guys? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Btw, thanks for trying to help and troubleshoot with me. Man, I used to love this game, stopped due to personal reasons at the time. After logging back in I spent the first few days just checking out all the new content and enjoying the new modes and free decks, etc. Then became a bit disheartened as I started trying to find my old nostalgic stuff and ran in to this issue, really hoping to find a resolution. Lots and lots of googling and going through forums and reddit and I can’t seem to find anyone else having the same problem.
It’s weird that your card backs are missing. That cards vanish for one reason or another is known but not card backs.
Do you have the same issue with the hero skin? Are they missing as well?
I hope the support can help you. If you are certain you didn’t log into the wrong account and region then someone that has access to your account must look into this.
I agree completely. Over the past couple of days while I’ve been trying to find info about my predicament I’ve read about accounts with some cards going missing for some, but nothing to this scale. And can’t see anyone talking about missing card backs and paid adventures.
I take some solace in knowing that what I’m claiming regarding adventures can’t be disputed if/when Blizzard respond to my ticket. Theoretically I could have dusted all the cards and never earned a card back, but the part about adventures is indisputable. Meaning BN has a log of my financial transactions with order ID’s for those adventures, but when I log in they are not in my account but they are in the shop and available for purchase with gold if that makes sense. If reason is applied this should be enough to let support know that something has fundamentally gone wrong and that I’m not making things up.
Regarding skins, I have none of the old ones. Only have 2 new ones.
I really hope the support can have a detailed look in to things and resolve the issue too. It’s been a couple of days now since I lodged the ticket and I have the email saying it was received, hoping someone at Blizzard picks it up soon and we make some progress.
