Yesterday I have bought a board from the shop called “Jade Gardens”. Since then I have played many games but can’t seem to be using the board. I don’t see a “Toggle Favorite” option or any other way to utilize the board during my games. The board is in my collection but I only see the default board in game.

I have the exact same problem with the exact same board “Jade Gardens”. You can press on it in your collection but cant toggle it as your favorite and cant use it in game

I deleted the game and downloaded it again, logged out of the account, restored purchases; nothing helps, there is no button to equip skin

Hey Blizzard, when will you notice this problem. I still can’t use the content I purchased 10 days ago. This is unacceptable.
Same here. Wth. Why would they keep something in the store and let people purchase it with real money all while knowing its bugged. We better be getting compensated for this trash.

I also can’t equip the merloc hideaway board I bought as well. Notjijg shows up to toggle as favorite.

Same exact thing :/. Bought the murloc board and I just can’t use it. Seen a few things claiming it’ll let you toggle favorite if you have 3 boards but hopefully it gets fixed so that’s not the only solution
