This is kind of a two part post, For starters i cant access mobile hearthstone. When i pull the app up it says “failed to get update” Ive done what blizzards Support post suggests about this problem and it hasn’t helped.
Now to my actual issue, When Im using the desktop client it tells me i cant use the shop because i have a purchase in progress on my mobile client… which i cant access to stop. This leaves me currently unable to buy any cards, with gold or otherwise.
