Hello, I have been on Blizzcon 2019 and i did not get early acess on Hearthstone Battlegrounds and i do not know why, I alredy got warcraft 3 reforged beta but not Battlegrounds yet 
i am so sad what can i do?

This account does not have a virtual ticket code purchased or claimed on the account. Only BlizzCon attendees, BlizzCon Virtual Ticket holders, and players who have pre-purchased a Descent of Dragons bundle are able to access Battlegrounds early.

If you attended BlizzCon, it is required to claim the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket code that was emailed to you. If you did not claim the code on your account, you would not be eligible for the benefits of the Virtual Ticket.
To clarify the Warcraft 3 Beta access, you have that because you per-purchased Warcraft 3: Reforged.
