I have been locked out of duels since Thursday. After winning my 12th game the game crashed and when it came back it took me to the select hero screen. I cannot start a new run, it shows me at 11 wins despite winning 12, and I can’t even retire the old run. I’d love to keep playing heroic duels, but the mode is literally unusable right now.
Same issue, hope for help from Blizzard.
I’m having same issue and when I reported it they were no help at all and referred me to the forums.

Yep. Still locked out. The earliest example I’ve been able to find on the forums of this happening is in November. This is pathetic Blizzard, get your act together.
10/02/2021 still can’t play DUEL, can’t play event Quest

I was hoping that the update would fix it but nothing was fixed
Yep been 2 weeks for me now as well. This actually cannot be a hard fix - just give us a retire button so we can keep playing when you can’t do your job in the future.
agreed this has happened to me as well – i stopped playing DUELS since blizzard cannot respond to this issue i have posted 3 or 4 times its just sad they cant do there job.
This bug is still here in my Duel mode. Please Blizzard
Almost been a month now
Already new Patch and it still Doesnt work.
Today i tried something and now i can play duels.
Got my rewards from last game and can start New round.
If you in Deckbuilding screen, you have to clear your deck to 0/0 from bottom to top.
Then select 16 Cards from your Selected hero.
Enter Finish and play.
thank you Zero! well that sucked, had to give up all the cards had earned for the run but at least it did allow me to play and finish the run and start a new one

Are you guys still having this issue? I haven’t had it happen to me yet, but i’m curious if this has been resolved yet.
If you are, what are you seeing exactly? Are there any error messages, or is the UI missing an element, etc?
