When I retired the deck it started to work in next run
Blizzard can you pls fix this issue ??? This issue has NOT been resolved and its been over a month ---- i still have NOT received any rewards or nor was able to finish the game i was playing. PLS need an answer to this — thanks

This is still an issue for me, and has been for almost two months. 
Duel mode locked for two months with 10 wins. Cant delete 2 cards in deck. It’s messed up.
Similar bug in duels, except I get an error which I believe is because my deck is invalid (no idea why considering I built it within the game after selecting my hero). However, since I haven’t played my first game there is no way to retire the deck. So I am locked out of duels for the time being. Also reached out to customer support who directed me here… frustrating that there is no one who is able to just manually retire the deck for me and refund the 150g. Happy to provide more details if blizzard is actually reading these posts.
