I just created a new account to begin playing Hearthstone again. I achieved level 10 on each class so that I could play arena, as well as level 20 on a class so that I could play the tavern brawl. I can play tavern brawl just fine, but when I click on arena is says “Locked until you reach level 10 with every class”. I want to use my gold to play arena rather than open packs. I don’t even want to ladder until I can get rid of this gold and craft a deck! Please help me out.

Same thing is happening to me. Maybe its because of the new hero that most be unlocked, but he is not yet released, so yeah maybe the devs are dumb and didnt account for that. No one wants to ladder or play against ai for arena, i feel you they should change that.
