Cant log in in game

Cant log in in game,after first “picture” in game , game back me on start, this start after lates patch,before work well,tryed reinstal driver for Asrock RX 5600 XT but not help.
OS:Windows 10 64 bit

Hey, Yurich! It sounds like it’s getting stuck on the title screen. If it is stuck on the tavern doors, could you try the following steps?

  • Delete the Hearthstone option files.
    1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run diaglogue
    2. Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
    3. Open the Blizzard folder.
    1. Delete the Hearthstone folder.
  • Try creating a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues.
