Anybody knows why i cant launch the game on mobile, always stuck on opening screen, try restart the phone, reinstall, even i use different phone, is it still cant opened? What happened?

I got the same issue. I’ve read a lot of users on Twitter complain about it too. I can’t connect neither on iOS or Android myself.
On Galaxy S21, 5G running Android 13. Hearthstone won’t load, stuck on “gates” loading screen with no animations. I have followed all the steps on suggestion page (restarting game, restarting phone, clearing data and clearing cashe as well as uninstalling and reinstalling hearthstone), none of these suggestions have resolved the issue at this point. Please advise

Hello there,
I’m trying for an hour now to log into Hearthstone on both my iOS and Android devices but it’s stuck frozen at the starting screen and the HS logo doesn’t even light up. Please fix it asap, I’ve seen the same complaints by many users on Twitter, reporting not being able to log into their accounts from their mobile devices.

The screen showing the doors to the tavern appears.
The “Hearthstone” logo does not appear (which usually preceeds the game starting)
Stuck at staring at the doors for 10 minutes.
Cleared cache, nothing.
Doing an Uninstall now.

Same man, i got stuck too already uninstall it, even different phone cant start

After uninstall went to Playstore and “downloaded it” I put that in quotes because it took literally 2 seconds to give the the “Play” button within the store. (which is never that fast)
It took me to staring at the tavern doors, no progress bar for loading the game, nothing.
The game is dead.
EDIT: I got frustrated and set it to the side, on the tavern doors screen.
After like 10 minutes…(sigh) I got a notification that WiFi wasn’t available and would I like to do it over cellular.
My jobs WiFi is like 30mbps at my desk
My cellular is 250mbps at my desk.
Of course I want to use cellular.
Maybe Blizzard could look into this little “hicup” “warning” and script it better. Make it a permanent setting “yes, I always want to use cellular, stop asking”. Etc.
