Same for me, was so happy to reach 100 for the first time, click on the skin, click OK. Nothing happend. Retry. Nothing. Reboot, retry. Nothing. Blizzard please fix this …

Same here. I just reached 100 but cannot claim the skin. I pick one I don’t own, click, claim, then confirm but nothing happens.

This has been going on for an entire week. People who have this problem have not be able to play the game at all.

I’m glad I’m not alone in this issue. Blizz plz fix this before the season ends (and give us some indication that the problem has been fixed via email or response to this forum so we can claim it.
