Cant claim the lvl 100 hero skin reward

just got lvl 100 on the rewards track and when i click claim on the hero skin nothing happens

Same for me, I tried to claim the Felheart Gul’dan skin and when I hit confirm the UI just acted as if I had clicked off to the side of the menu.

Same issue, I confirmed my choice then nothing happened. Tried on both PC and Android and waiting for day still cannot claim it.

same. And the odd thing is: I just remembered this happened to me last Season as well, so Blizzard now owes me 2 skins I earned. :frowning:

Chiming in as well won’t let me select ANY skin as the reward, just acts as though the accept button is a close button
