Also this problem is part of the Known Issues now so they are working on it.

Nope. There is no update or evidence to suggest they are working on this. Your cut and paste antics doesn’t help.

This ‘response’ is 23h old. They recently updated the section about the arena but provided no feedback on this issue. From what I can see, the majority of the playerbase can access and play the game normally, so they don’t care about those of us who can’t. Maybe they’ll fix it, maybe they won’t.

As long as the big-time hearthstone streamers can play and stream their game then that’s good enough for them.

Im just sitting here scratching my head on how a company can let their game be completely down for a full 24hours? I know California is a failing society but its insane

@vyaneer can we get a status on this? in IT parlance this should be viewed as a severity 1 which should be given the highest priority for resolution. Thank you.

@vyaneer based on the nature of the issue along with the troubleshooting that has been tried you should advise your team to look into cosmetics. Since it doesn’t affect everyone and does not care about OS or location, being something account specific cosmetics makes sense. It’s probably an emoji or strike. Possibly a card back or something. Anyways, please fix it. Love, me.

I was having the same issue. I had also tried all of the troubleshooting measures in this thread. I usually play on my phone. I decided to open the game on my laptop. Same issue. No lit up Hearthstone button. And battlegrounds buttons won’t work. Maybe it’s an account issue and not a client issue.

I dont know why they mark it as ‘connection issues’ (“We’re investigating reports of connectivity issues”) in known issue list,- as it is clearly not connection issue. I can play on my alt EU account, but main EU account which has BG pass has this issue.

Also if i spectate my friends, after a couple minutes I get this error screen, on top part it reads:

HS:CT;NetCacheGoldBalance=0;NetCacheClientOptions=0;NetCacheBattlegroundsHeroSkins=2

And then
“Your game timed out as it was requesting date from Hearthstone utility service. Please relaunch Hearthstone to reconnect.”

It’s now a joke, they dont plan anything for us to play until they solve the other issue known on the stupid new arena.

WELL over 24 hours now and the game is still totally unplayable. No reasonable updates from the community managers. Blizzard just failing across the board.

I’d also like to add that I am missing a LOT of purchases and cardbacks, too. I just checked and realized this about an hour ago. Not happy.

The two things are likely related. Our progress is saved server side and their server isn’t connecting to us properly for some reason.

I have the same issues as everyone else: Grayed-out button to play ranked Hearthstone, closed shop, battlegrounds button works but nothing on the battlegrounds screen works (including “back”), can’t start any kind of game other than tavern brawl, tavern brawl disconnects approximately once per turn

exact same problem as everyone else in this post, i just hope they can fix this soon cuz grinding battlegrounds is about all i do in this game :frowning:

Same issue. Works on mobile but on my pc no joy. Have used the repair tool and reinstalled to no avail.

Just throwing my “I’m also having a problem” post in here.
Similar to a post above, at first I would just get DC’d every 3 minutes or so, and it’d give me an error of “HS:CT;NetCacheGoldBalance=0;NetCacheClientOptions=0;NetCacheBattlegroundsHeroSkins=2”
Then it just doesn’t work at all for me. Hearthstone button is greyed out, no buttons work on the battlegrounds page (the main game I play.)

Americas server works fine for me though, the issue is just my EU version of the account.

its been a day now and no fix? and yall still haven’t fixed or addressed the issue with the Vajash skin bundle not letting anyone equip the skins they paid money for?
