After the Latest patch was installed, i cannot click the Hearthstone buttone (button is disabled), after going into Battlegrounds none of the buttons work (Collection, Back) and Shop is Closed

Did you try to Scan & Repair?

I have the same issue, tried scan and repair and it didn’t fix it. Will reinstall and report back.

Tried Scan & Repair, also Reinstalled the game and restarted pc. Have had this issue sometimes in the past and then just restarting the game helped. But not this time

I’m having the same issue. I imagine it’s because of the ongoing maintenance taking place.
“07/01/2025, 10:00AM 07/01/2025, 7:00PM Game client will need to restart to apply the update.”

reinstalling didn’t fix and the maintenance is done by now so it’s likely a weird bug

Same issue for me ! Happy that it is not only me lol
I have reinstalled the game and restarted everything but nothing change, I cant go in the shop or click on the normal mode of hearthstone.

strangely, I was able to draft and queue up a game of the brawl, I had guessed starting a brawl and not finishing my deck might have had something to do with it so I’ll let yall know if playing a game there fixes it.
my game keeps crashing every other turn mid-game with “your game timed out as it was requesting data from the hearthstone utility service. please relaunch hearthstone to reconnect”

Yep, same here. Playing Brawl and I get the same error message after a turn.

updated the game on mobile and having the same problem there too, hopefully this can be resolved with a live patch.

just to add to the weirdness, everything is fine on NA and Asia with the same account, only having the problem on EU, classic.

Same issue for me. all my other games work fine. already did check for updates and scan and repair 
I can even log into the game, just the main screen, but no ranking games or shop

Same problem described no shop or ranked, in bgs nothing responds, only the tavern brawl seems to work but i won’t play it only to be disconnected and lose my only ticket…

Same issue myself, regular Hearthstone and Shop are unavailable, BG’s buttons don’t respond, only thing working is the new Tavern Brawl.

My game crashed during an underground arena run. After I reconnected the run was over. I got rewards but the button to start a new run doesn’t respond. Same with buy tickets button. Client restart didn’t help…

I am having the same issue, tried wifi and data, game on ipad, Android and PC does the same thing. No HS button to click on. BGs not work. Shop offline. Seems like my account is locked out.
Same issue here. Battlegrounds, Traditional Hearthstone, and the Shop are not clickable or accessible.
