Cannot start any game after patch

Same issue here on both PC and Mobile. No shop, battlegrounds, or base game mode

I haven’t been able to play since the patch launched. I’ve tried repairing, and uninstalling and no change.

Same, main Heathstone button and shop are disabled, Battlegrounds only the season rewards button works, all others fail, have to close the client to get back to the main menu. Tavern Brawl works, but any matches I get in, I get dc’d due to timing out with the utility service.

Game is nigh unplayable right now and no updates on socials or known issues related to this :frowning:

This is a known issue we’re actively investigating; symptoms can indeed include disabled buttons, locked shop, and a couple more.

Verbiage of known issue:

  • [Hearthstone] We’re investigating reports of connectivity issues; affected players might also see the shop locked, and/or the Hearthstone mode button unclickable. Other reported symptoms are inability to click Battlegrounds buttons after entering the game mode.

well i waited whole afternoon , give me some news !

small indie company, so fixes take loads of time

also having same issue. tried scan & repair, reinstall, resetting wifi and playing on mobile. no dice

Patience time is over. It’s been 6 hours since the post, 10 hours since patch, and still unplayable with no updates…

I too am having issues with this which really makes me sad as I was looking forward to some Battlegrounds. I can now click in but none of the other buttons are functional. Playing on Americas where I have all of my stuff. - I was able to play on EU so hard to know what to think of the issue.

Any news? i have the same problem.

Still can’t play I’ve tried everything.
Phone tablet pc doesn’t matter.

16 hours since reply, 21 hours since reports, no updates. An actual game breaking bug making it unplayable, and no updates, triage, reports, action items, steps. Incredible. Who is your PM?
