Cannot Progress in Tutorial

I completed the first Bounty, and was in the process of upgrading Tyrande’s powers, when I was disconnected, and now am just stuck at the Tavern and cannot scroll through my collection or progress any further.

exact same issue here, have spoken to support via chat and they essentially said they cant help me it has to be patched by devs so guess we are screwed for a while

Same here, I’m stuck and can’t play Mercenaries and surely won’t buy packs.

Similar issue with no ability to buy packs. I can’t proceed with the second task of tutorial because workshop has no merchant’s cart

I have the same exact issue, can´t progress past tavern or scroll through it after a game crash. It works normally on non-main accounts, but I would like to play on EU, my main account

Exact same problem here. Entered the tavern for the first time and got disconnected, now the tutorial is stuck.

I am stuck at Tutorial 2, the game insists I need to build a Merchant Cart and open a pack, but I cannot do that anywhere. I cannot open any packs, and even bought one from the store to see if that would push things along. No dice.

I’ve talked to support about this twice today and yet this is still not being listed as a known issue anywhere. I guess its pointless to hope for a blizzard product that works correctly on launch day.
