If the affected players do not get a compensation for this (only for the affected people), especially for the sake of those who pre-ordered, I’m gonna be pissed.

I cannot open any packs as it says complete tutorial. But there is no prompts for the tutorial…

Throwing in my lot. Was upgrading Tyrande, game crashed, now I can’t do anything.

Same here, I’m stuck in the tutorial and can’t play mercenaries due to a bugged tavern after upgrades Tyrande’s power

You can click at Starting Party and select Tyrande here. But we still cannot upgrade her, even we have 50 coins of her. Sad

Same situation as me. I tried to upgrade the skill by instruction in tutorial. After that, my internet is disconnected and can not progress tutorial at all.

Same. I was triyng to upgrade Tyrande’s power and now I’m stuck in the tavern, can’t see my mercs apart from the first page and cannot progress in the tutorial. Basically I cant play Mercenaries until a fix comes. Pls blizzard mooooove.

[EDIT] The thing that caused everything was the big server crash happened at like 9 PM CEST that disconnected a lot of ppl

Hey guys! If you want to play and don’t mind to start it again after the fix (some day), you can switch your region (Europe=>US, etc) and start tutorial again. NOTICE! When you need to upgrade Tyrande, choose the first skill.
It helps me and now I’m playing in the US region. Yes, I will have to start it again from the beginning, but anyway, at least I can play and get some exp, right?
I hope it can help someone who really wants to play! :wink:

They said they were ignoring it and only fixed some other issue regarding tutorial.
