Cannot play hearthstone across devices

when launching hearthstone on pc or mobile I am greeted with “closed - the game was unable to log you in through the Blizzard services. please wait a few minutes and try again.” I have waited and nothing is fixed, because it is happening across platforms I assume it not an installation error, I have checked my alt account and there is no issue. I have no idea what to do. please help :frowning:

Update: fixed itself after a day of downtime, no idea what the problem was, hopefully wont happen again.

I have the same problem here. Cannot login with either my Android phone or iPad.

And this is not my BattleTag, I think. I don’t know why my account is linked with this BattleTag

Same exact issue on desktop.

I am also getting the same issue.
Note: A different PC/user in same house/internet connection can access hearthstone no problems. (so not a local network issue) - this confirms it’s a blizzard/account services issue.

I have tried:
Restarting client / restarting battle.net / deleting game cache /changing server region /restarting PC.
I then uninstalled the game, deleted the appdata folder and reinstalled - exact same issue.

Maybe I should have left it a day to see if the issue resolves itself, but I’m a bit impatient when these issues crop up.

UPDATE: Issue now apparently fixed (now in title menu)
