i’m trying to install hearstone on my PC (win 10 64 bit/ AMD Ryzen 9 3900X) and received the error “We can’t install hearthstone because your operating system doesn’t meet the minimum specs to run it. Your OS: Windows 10. Minimum: Windows 10)
I am having this exact same issue. I have been trying to fix this for 3 days now with no success.

I had the same problem. I just stopped playing Hearthstone. I have more time for other things.
The error is a tad misleading because “Windows 10” doesn’t show the exact version and build.
Press WinKey+R, type winver and press Enter. Then, post the version and build shown there.
Also, please let us know if this started after the 36.2 update or before. If it’s the same issue, add the details to this thread so the reports stay together:
So i uninstalled HS last week, and when i tried to reinstall, this happen

Well, i check Winver and this is the version:
Microsoft Windows
Version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1052)
any lead how to resolve this?

install hs on other PC with fresh windows or tablet (or virtual env); copy app folder to old windows pc; rename old hs folder and select in battle net locate game and select new pathl all will work and autoupdate work too then;
