I had a friend who recently tried to add me and nothing came through. When I attempted to add her, it didn’t reflect the “friend request sent” message. I’ve tried to add her via email and battle tag and nothing is working. I know that I’m not at capacity with my friends, as I only have 82 friends. I updated my phone to iOS 12.4.1, so everything is current. Can someone please assist?
I’ve been having the same problem for awhile now… no idea how to fix it.

Do you have a computer you can use for the Blizzard Battle.net app? We will need to check pending friend requests. There is a cap of 200 pending requests and they are only able to be canceled through the desktop app.
If the app is not possible to use, please contact our support department for assistance verifying this issue.
