Can we PLZ Nerf the Hagatha Shaman already!

I am beyond done dealing with facing vast majority of decks I face being Shaman. It is bullsmit how much that deck has to counter anything. I have played mutliple decks and it is entirely overpowering. It needs some serious nerf and tweeks. Namely Shudderblock and Hagatha themselves.

I squeezed in a couple of hours of HS today, all i faced were Shamans. Thats it. Statistically that should have been impossible. But here we are.

In D2 where i play people spam it like crazy to climb and i don’t blame them. Its a very strong deck and Buzzard is, as usual, completely oblivious.

With rotation coming soon, expect zero nerfs.

I’ve called multiple times for early rotations on expansions, and I’m told by other players that it’s “a bad idea” didn’t stop blizzard from rotation Genn and Baku early in the past though.

I didn’t play all day but play a few this morning and you’re right, out of the 5 or 6 games I played, 4 of them were Shamans. The rest were Warriors. I lost every game. Logged off and spent my money and time elsewhere.

We’ve seen your discussions about a couple of strong decks making waves, namely Discover Hunter and Hagatha Shaman. While they’re popular at certain ranks, our metrics show their power and patterns aren’t at a level that calls for changes at this time. We’ll keep a close eye on the meta and watch how things evolve leading up to our next balance patch in the new year.

So, nope they’re not doing anything this patch.

Tbh, the established builds of Hagatha Shaman just don’t work for me, I draw both Bellhops with no 5+ mana spell in sight. So I made my own and small sample size, went 3-0 with it. It has Trusty Fishing Rod in it to pull out Catch of the Day, now there is some anti-synergy with Murloc Growfin but it’s not that bad because you are at least pulling out the 1-drops from your deck so you are likely to draw your bigger plays later on.
