The devs have said they are looking at rotating cards to be unnerfed, so it’s not going to be quite so incredibly rare.

From what I’ve seen, they’ve said that they are looking at rotating cards, not rotated ones. So, nerfs to cards already Wild-only seem less likely to be undone.
Edit: Here’s the exact sentence from the original post:

For Wild, we’re looking at some of the nerfs we made to cards that rotate into Wild with the next expansion and seeing if we want to revert any of them.

Also, the Leeching Poison nerf was due to its effect in Wild, not Standard, so that makes it seem even more unlikely to be reversed.
