I bought the season pass a while ago and i can’t play the game, after i close it and reopen it several times i’m able to play but with sooo much lag that the game disconnect and reconnect in every battle so its impossible to play.
I tried everything scan and repair, uninstall and reinstall but nothing works. My computer and net are ok.
This is not the first time it happens.
Can anyone from support help me?
mine is exactly the same. also when my hearthstone opens it has a few fields unavailable for a while and i can’t select anything. my internet is fast so nfi.
i forgot about it yes that happens too and also this problem only happens in americas server, europe works fine, so it’s a 100% battlenet/hs problem, not firewall/net/pc
