Hello.
I finished previous season (october) in wild with rank: 5 diamond + few stars. I ranked up at mid of month and not played ladder at all after d5, just complete quests with friends. When new season started (november, current season) i got only 9 bonus stars. Previous seasons (july - october) i got 10 stars for same D5 rank (+ a bit stars), like it should be in your new system of 2020.
I need my 10th stars back. This account, Europe region. Please, fix this.
PS. : My and some of my friends in-game shop still permanent closed ~7 months in a row. We have 10,000+ gp, that we can’t to spend.
I think, developers forgot this problem, beacuse partially solved, but it still exist and need to be fixed.
PSS. : When last patch was installed on servers - was bug for few days (now seems fixed) that stop posibility to do quests in freind’s challenge mode.
And after some patches (before latest patch i mean) it till time to time not worked at all. Can you create permanent flag (or option) ON posibility to do quests in freind challenge mode, before apply patches on servers? Thank you!!!
