I had 11 wins in a row in Hearthstone in Duels mode with the Demonhunter and I just won the 12 game. After that, nothing came for a long time, then a screenshot with an empty field, like the selection where you can look for a treasure and the 3 new cards from the deck.
I have neither received the 12 Siege bonus nor an improved rating.
There were 12 wins WITHOUT defeat, which I had never achieved before, which is why I was all the more looking forward to it.
Please correct that and complete the 12-0 run and the successes from it break up.
Also opened a ticket, I uploaded 4 screenshots, showing a totally bugged duel deck list. It’s impossible to continue my duel round or start a new, because it’s bugged in the other with 12 wins. It shows all 3 lives and 11 wins and I can start a new game with a full list of my completed 12:0 run. I can add as many cards I want, but not complete the deck, because of this, I can not start a new duel round.
After adding a few cards, game crashes.
