I have the same issue, and the same phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+). I can’t check on my PC at the moment, but I’d be surprised if I had more than 1 or 2 pending requests.

We’d need you to check that in most cases. That said - how many friends do you currently have on your list? Are you getting any errors, and are others able to send you friend requests?
I am having this same issue and my pending friend requests are zero and my total friends list is less than 20 people.
