I just wanted to pass along what I stumbled upon with the whole quests not updating thing that everyone is experiencing. I play on an iPad and when I force close Hearthstone and then reopen it everything will be updated. I play Mercenaries a bunch so if that’s where the quest is that you’re trying to collect just open up Mercenaries and any loot crates will pop right up once loaded in. You will need to click on the Bounty Board to collect the completed dailies there and then make sure to toggle to the list of personal quests for each individual mercenaries if you were working on those too otherwise they won’t progress to the next level.
