Waiting for tomorrow to see it?
I had the same problem, I made a ticket and was told to finish a line of quests for Descent of Dragons. Still nothing.
I thought the same thing…this was the resolution when I was making a ticket that popped up.
“Descent of Dragons card packs bundled in the Pre-Purchase options will be available after finishing the introductory missions of the new expansion. Hearthstone Descent of Dragons expansion will release on or before December 10, 2019.”
So we just have to wait?
Any new content announced will require a patch to implement said content. Why could they not just put the ability to purchase and the new hero skin in the game, deactivated until Blizzcon? Simply because some people eagerly dismantle each new patch to see what they contain in terms of art, cards, etc., so that would spoil the reveal. As of this writing, I just started Hearthstone and no patch yet. Usually they appear early on Tuesday (California time zone).
Thanks for the info, just saw the patch this morning. I probably haven’t purchased the preorder before the patch before.
I don’t even see the patch. I see the $80 charged out of my credit card, and Transaction History on Blizzard site saying it’s complete, but it’s not in the game yet and I don’t see access to Battleground.
Are you playing on mobile? Patches usually show up a few hours later on mobile, since it needs to go through the mobile manufacturer’s hoops to reach the app store.
